SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping at a Glance

1. Order Processing and Delivery

Orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed.

After processing, estimated delivery time is approximately 8–17 business days.

Estimated total delivery time is therefore approximately 10–21 business days from the date the order is placed.

These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be delayed by customs processing, weather conditions, carrier disruptions, high-volume periods, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

2. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking information may take a few business days to update after the carrier receives the package.

Please make sure that the email address entered at checkout is correct.

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to eligible addresses within the United States.

Some P.O. boxes, military addresses, U.S. territories, or remote locations may not be supported by every shipping carrier. Shipping availability will be confirmed during checkout.

Orders may be shipped from an international fulfillment center.

4. Address or Order Changes

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your address, product, or selected variant.

We may be able to make changes before shipment, but changes are not guaranteed once order processing has begun.

Once the package has been shipped, we normally cannot change the delivery address, product, or variant.

Additional charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address.

5. Shipping Delays Before Dispatch

If we are unable to ship your order within the stated processing period, we will contact you with an updated shipping date.

You may choose to:

• Accept the revised shipping date; or
• Cancel the unshipped order and receive a full refund to your original payment method.

If we cannot fulfill your order, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

6. Delayed or Lost Packages

Please contact us if:

• Your package has been in transit for more than 30 calendar days; or
• The tracking information has not updated for more than 15 calendar days.

We will investigate the shipment with the carrier or fulfillment partner.

If the package is confirmed as lost in transit, you may choose between:

• A replacement shipment at no additional product cost; or
• A full refund to your original payment method.

7. Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

• Confirm the shipping address on your order;
• Check around the delivery location;
• Ask household members, neighbors, building staff, or reception;
• Contact the last-mile delivery carrier.

You may then contact us so we can request available delivery information or proof of delivery from the carrier.

If the carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, a replacement or refund may not be available. Each case will be reviewed based on the available delivery evidence.

8. Customs and Import Charges

Orders may be shipped internationally to the United States.

Customs processing may occasionally delay delivery.

Unless your checkout clearly states that import duties and related charges are included, the customer may be responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or clearance charges requested by the carrier or customs authority.
